The Truglia Tower is a tourist destination not to be missed during a trip in Italy. The tower was built in 1532 over a previous Roman tower. After the destruction of Barbarossa was rebuilt in 1611 and destroyed again in 1623. Between 1870 and 1969, the Torre Truglia was used as headquarters of the Guardia di Finanz , while later it became the seat of the “Centre of education Marine” Regional Park “Riviera d’Ulisse”
