The Verona Arena is a Roman amphitheater in Verona (province of Veneto, northern Italy). Built in 30 AD, they could accommodate about 30,000 spectators.
The amphitheater is 152 meters long with a width of 128 meters and a height of 32 meters. Often considered the third Roman amphitheater with its dimensions after the Flavian Amphitheatre (Coliseum) in Rome and the amphitheater of Capua, it is surely the best preserved.
