The Bronze sculpture of the Sannita Warrior (Statua del Guerriero Sannita) was created by sculptor Giuseppe Guastalla and inaugurated on October 2 , 1922. The statue is exposed to the school of Pietrabbondante (Molise) .

The statue represents the old soldier Samnite to best represent the sacrifice of pietrabbondantesi fell in the First World War. All the bronze needed for the structure, nearly 8 tons, was granted by the Ministry of War.
The total height of the monument is 7.00 m.
