The Basilica of San Frediano (Basilica di San Frediano in Italian) is one of the oldest churches in Lucca, Tuscany. The Basilica of San Frediano is situated on the homonymous square, it’s in Romanesque style.
Despite several interventions over the centuries, the medieval style of the basilica remained quite large. Of great feature is the mosaic of the late thirteenth century on the facade, which is a rarity in Romanesque style.
