The construction of Palazzo Pfanner (Palazzo Pfanner in Italian) dates back to 1660, by Moriconi.
The Controni bought the palace in 1680 .

Felix Pfanner (1818-1892), a native of brewer Hörbranz (Austria), acquired gradually the whole structure after placing from 1846, the brewery: the historic Pfanner Brewery.

The palace is still owned by the Pfanner family who, since 1995, undertook a restoration work with the public opening and the organization of exhibitions and concerts.
